Responsibilities (What to Expect)

Coordinate and drive the sell-in period for the ECI buying team

Ensure proper inventory levels in retail stores based on cluster needs and sell-out data

Communicate weekly with cross-functional teams regarding ECI requirements

Actively participate in new store openings and collaborate with the retail team for successful launches

Identify new business opportunities to enhance market share across all product categories

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree

Strong retail math acumen, including knowledge of inventory productivity measures

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within established timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in team management and building according to company values

Creative and innovative mindset with a collaborative attitude

Strong sense of urgency and accuracy in task execution
