Lehi, UT | Hybrid/Onsite flexibility About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our revenue growth and sales strategy as we scale beyond $32M in annual revenue. This executive role will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our sales organization—building a high-performing team, driving predictable revenue, and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience scaling B2B revenue engines, a strong grasp of sales operations and metrics, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership. They are a highly accountable, no excuses, results driven professional. Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Define, refine, and execute the company’s sales strategy and process to meet and exceed revenue targets. Partner with executive leadership to align sales goals with broader company objectives. Build scalable sales processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth. Team Building & Development Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales team, including managers and frontline sellers. Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Implement sales training, processes, and playbooks to elevate team performance. Revenue Growth & Forecasting Drive new customer acquisition and expansion strategies. Identify and pursue new lead source opportunities. Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and performance reporting. Partner with Finance and Operations to build predictable, metrics-driven sales models. Qualifications 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a VP or senior leadership role. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams within high-growth environments. Proven track record of massively growing top of funnel leads. Strong background in sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools. Ability to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for B2B growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence; able to influence across departments and at the Board level. Experience working with brands that sell on Amazon or other online channels.
