The VP of Sales will be tasked with building, and driving sales performance to consistently exceed targets and reinforce Supersmile's undisputed position as the leader in premium oral care. Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales strategy, including robust plans and accurate forecasts, to achieve and exceed sales targets, market share growth, and profitability, in full alignment with Supersmile's overall business objectives. Sales & Business Development Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and hands-on optimization for all sales functions. Identify and cultivate new high-potential market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and forge strategic, mutually beneficial sales partnerships that accelerate top-line revenue growth. Premium Retail Channel Expansion & Optimization: Drive significant sales growth and deepen collaborative relationships with existing premium retail partners. Identify, pursue, and secure new, high-value retail distribution avenues that align with our brand's luxury positioning. Professional Channel Development: Develop initiatives to expand sales within the professional dental community, including direct sales to dental practices, DSOs, and specialized distributors, fostering long-term relationships. E-commerce Sales Acceleration: Lead efforts to drive direct sales growth in the e-commerce channel, focusing on conversion rate optimization, increasing average order value, reducing customer acquisition costs, and enhancing repeat purchases through data-informed strategies. International Sales Expansion & Management: Identify and lead direct sales efforts for global market penetration, adapting strategies for cultural nuances, local market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. High-Performance Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales organization. Foster accountability, continuous learning, sales innovation, and customer-centricity to meet evolving market demands. Sales Performance Analytics & Reporting: Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, win rates, territory performance, forecast accuracy). Develop accurate forecasts, manage budgets, and provide data-driven performance reports to the CEO and leadership team. Sales Operations & CRM Excellence: Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, process optimization, and CRM usage (Netsuite) across all segments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Market & Product Insights: Act as a conduit between market and internal teams. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and R&D to provide sales-driven insights to inform product enhancements and new introductions. Cross-functional Synergies: Work with marketing to align sales with brand messaging and campaigns, and partner with operations and supply chain to ensure delivery, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum of 10-12+ years in senior sales leadership roles (e.g., VP of Sales, National Sales Director, Head of Sales) within consumer goods (CPG), with preference for premium beauty, luxury health & wellness, or oral care. Proven track record of scaling sales for high-growth brands across multiple channels (DTC e-commerce, prestige retail, professional/B2B). Experience managing and growing diverse sales streams and adapting strategies to different markets. International sales expansion experience; global market entry strategies is a plus. Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related quantitative field from an accredited institution. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Skills

Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving related to market opportunities, competitive analysis, and sales innovation. Executive-level leadership, communication, and ability to inspire and build consensus across teams and partners. Understanding of sales best practices, digital sales strategies, and pipeline management. CRM proficiency (Netsuite), sales analytics tools, and forecasting methodologies.
