Civil/Senior Site Civil Engineer

to join one of the largest and fastest-growing TMT (Tech, Media, and Telecom) practices. Opportunities are available in multiple locations across the United States. This role involves designing facility-related sites supporting Data Centers and Mission Critical buildings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases, including site development, civil design, and construction administration. Experience in site development, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control is preferred. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills to deliver high-quality civil site designs. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct early project development activities including site selection, due diligence, and planning. Design and produce plans for civil aspects like site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities. Perform quantity calculations and permitting submittals. Evaluate, select, and modify engineering techniques and procedures. Serve as a technical expert in your area of specialization. Develop projects with significant impact on company programs. Supervise work of professionals and technicians. Prepare and review scope of work, budgets, and estimates. Perform additional duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu. Experience with architectural/engineering consulting firms preferred. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Local candidates are preferred. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in general civil engineering. PE license. Leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to HDR’s inclusive, employee-owned culture. HDR offers a comprehensive benefits package, a salary range of $74,900 - $139,100 depending on experience and location, and opportunities for growth.
