Civil/Senior Site Civil Engineer

to join our dynamic team, supporting data center and mission-critical site design projects. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction, with a focus on site development, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and possesses strong leadership skills. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct early project development activities including site selection, due diligence, and site planning. Design and produce plans for civil projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utilities. Perform quantity calculations and permit submissions. Exercise judgment in complex engineering evaluations and modifications. Serve as a technical expert in civil site design. Lead project planning and development impacting major programs. Supervise professionals and technicians as needed. Prepare scope of work, budgets, and estimates for proposals. Perform additional duties as required. Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu. Experience in architectural/engineering consulting preferred. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Local candidates preferred. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in civil engineering design and project management. PE license. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to HDR’s inclusive, employee-owned culture.
