Our client, who is based in Florida, is seeking a

Vice President of Sales

to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen our market position across multiple business segments. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with deep

commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or building automation

experience and a proven track record of delivering revenue results in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that supports aggressive growth targets and aligns with organizational goals. Lead, motivate, and develop a sales organization of 20+ professionals, fostering accountability, performance, and professional growth. Set and manage KPIs, revenue forecasts, and performance dashboards to ensure continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. Partner closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to strengthen collaboration and optimize client engagement. Oversee CRM and ERP utilization to enhance visibility and reporting accuracy across business units. Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, and client presentations to promote brand visibility and market presence. Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management and operational alignment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus). Minimum

10 years of sales leadership

experience within

commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or building systems

industries. Strong background in team leadership with revenue accountability of $80M+ annually. Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex sales cycles. Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems such as Vista, Sage, or SAP. Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel up to
