Overview

Regional Sales Manager, Midwest - Blue Sky Miners, Inc. This role focuses on establishing and growing sales in the Midwest region (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri), building durable partnerships with accounts and distributors, and representing the brand portfolio including Bar Diver Cocktails and NA Mocktails, Social&Co. RTD Spritz, and John Wolf brandy-based RTDs. Additional products and geographies may be introduced in the future. Responsibilities

Direct sales responsibility for key on- and off-premise accounts within the assigned region. Secure new business in existing and new accounts and collaborate with the distributor network to develop all accounts and hold distributors accountable for execution. Serve as the voice of the brand across the geography, execute marketing pull tactics, merchandise key accounts, and host trade and consumer-focused events. Achieve market-specific sales goals and KPIs; execute merchandising objectives for the region. Act as primary point of contact for distributors in the assigned region. Aggressively pursue new on- and off-premise distribution; call on key accounts to secure new distribution and present new products. Coordinate promotions and events, including working with third-party agencies to scale promotions and samplings as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account staff and distributor sales personnel; train accounts, distributors, and retailers on products. Participate in market blitzes, ride-withs, and sales meetings to ensure execution of the sales plan; complete administrative reporting promptly. Maintain sales goals and personal budgets for the territory; manage product/merchandise/POS delivery for events; staff and sample as needed. Assist with establishing new distributor relationships, including product launches and related activities. Evening and weekend account visits and event attendance as needed; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Prior experience in sales; alcoholic beverage sales experience preferred. Strong ties and established relationships in the adult beverage community within the region. Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent customer service and proactive time management. Trade knowledge of distributors, retailers, and buyers; experience in buying or bartending is a plus. Ability to manage priorities and routine functions efficiently; proactive and self-directed with strong organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and share ideas openly. Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office. Business acumen to collect, assess, and interpret relevant information to make sound decisions. College degree is desired but not mandatory. Job Requirements

Requires reliable, registered, insured vehicle; valid driver's license; ability to drive to accounts and distributors; ability to work nights and weekends; ability to work more than 40 hours per week as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must reside in the assigned territory. Reimbursement is provided for mileage and other transportation expenses, with a monthly budget for account visits and sampling.
