Overview
We’re seeking a Territory Sales Representative for an exceptional craft brewery just outside the Chicagoland metro area. This independent brewery crafts one-of-a-kind beers, with the Brewmaster giving equal attention to crisp, lighter styles and award-winning IPAs and Imperial Stouts offering a wide range of flavors to appeal to every palate. We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to grow distribution across the Illinois market. This role offers competitive compensation with uncapped sales commissions.
Compensation Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) + Uncapped commission, comprehensive healthcare, 401k, car allowance, and a great PTO plan.
Responsibilities
Drive on- and off-premise sales by opening new accounts, expanding placements, and executing distributor programs and incentives.
Lead brand-building activities including tap takeovers, in-store tastings, festivals, and community events; ensure impactful merchandising, displays, and menu features.
Manage territory with efficient call cycles, CRM notes, forecasts, and weekly recaps; partner with distributor reps through ride-withs, blitzes, and market intel sharing.
Qualifications
3–5+ years Beer/Wine/Spirits sales experience (craft beer preferred) with proven results in distribution gains, rate-of-sale, draft wins, and display features.
Established relationships across on- and off-premise accounts; experience collaborating with distributors and calling on chains.
Analytical, proactive, and organized multitasker who blends data-driven insights with consultative selling; flexible for evenings/weekends.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift/move cases and kegs; meets state requirements for alcohol sampling.
