Sr. Manager - Outsourced Accounting Services (Special Projects) Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Posting note: This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence as needed and availability to work Eastern and/or Central time zones. What you will do

Provide outsourced CFO, Controller, Accounting Senior Manager, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including subsidiaries and joint ventures of Fortune 100 companies, public companies, professionally funded businesses, government entities, and fund management companies. Manage a team of accountants and oversee client relationships, their auditors, internal auditors, and other professionals. Consult on client accounting needs, evaluate processes, and recommend project approaches; contribute to proposal development for outsourced controller/CFO projects and other special projects. Plan engagements, manage budgets, define content and deliverables, and oversee controls and risk. Direct and deliver outsourced controller/CFO projects, maintain client relationships, and provide financial advisory on business activities. Manage month-end close, prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, and research technical accounting issues as needed. Lead special projects related to client accounting functions and improve internal processes and controls to align with client goals and industry best practices. Analyze trends and metrics with leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Ensure appropriate staffing and manage scheduling of internal and external activities; develop and manage project budgets to stay within approved limits. Coordinate with other EisnerAmper service lines to develop multi-focused solutions and participate in practice development activities. Deliver client services onsite and remotely, including training, workshops, project timelines, and client billing activities. Supervise multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring assignments are completed within budgeted time and resources. Mentor staff, provide coaching, and support professional development; maintain required CPE hours and travel as needed. Qualifications

Basic qualifications

BA/BS degree in accounting or related field CPA certification 8+ years of relevant accounting, audit, and/or financial statement experience Prior supervisory experience Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Preferred/Desired qualifications

Accounting back-office experience Prior consulting experience in a similar firm/function Working knowledge of accounting software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks; experience with scheduling, travel and expense reporting, and timekeeping) Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple client files and deadlines, and ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with others and develop client relationships Proven ability to manage work and client relationships to exceed expectations About EisnerAmper
