Job Description
Are you a go-getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
What You’ll Do:
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training

You Are:
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a
commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
Qualifications
We are looking for curious and empathetic people who are motivated by meaningful work and align with our core values. The role requires the ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and balance tactical and strategic activities.
Required qualifications for this role:
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
Location: Fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region
