As a Lead Account Manager, Collaboration Consultant - HBC / GM, you will support priority shifts within the HBC/GM businesses to align with our commercial merchandising needs. This role helps drive revenue through improved client service, campaign performance, and scaled media opportunities. You will be an agile resource providing critical support to the team, acting as a catalyst for high-impact initiatives, special projects, and coverage during high-need intervals. Responsibilities

Insights revenue opportunity identification and merchandising endorsement for multi-supplier category-focused insights projects, partnering with merch stakeholders and the collaborative project team throughout the process Scaled media revenue opportunity identification, including opportunities to drive sales during key timeframes and amplify key merch events or campaigns to improve category performance Identification of CM/Director strategies & priorities, and socialization back into sales vertical Own department-wide strategic projects and seasonal opportunities Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

8+ years of account management and/or business development experience. Media, Incentives, or Insights experience required Strong experience maximizing investment decisions across the portfolio Collaborative, energetic, and thrives as part of a cross-functional leadership team Adept at continual learning and ability to represent a broad portfolio Works well under tight turnaround and deadlines Motivates & influences a positive, constructive culture based on teamwork, collaboration, & intellectual curiosity Strategic thinking and problem solving Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail Ability to navigate ambiguity & drive recommendations and solutions forward Pay Transparency and Benefits

The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including location, experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. This position is eligible for variable compensation.
