Lead Account Manager, Collaboration Consultant - HBC / GM Summary
As a Lead Account Manager, Collaboration Consultant - HBC / GM, you will be specifically focused on supporting our priority shifts within the HBC/GM businesses that allow better alignment with our commercial merchandising needs. This role will help direct revenue impact through improved client service, campaign performance, and scaled media opportunities. You will be an agile resource providing critical support to the team where needed most, serving as a catalyst for high-impact initiatives, special projects & providing coverage for leaves during high-need intervals.
Responsibilities
Insights revenue opportunity identification and merchandising endorsement for multi-supplier category-focused insights projects, and partnership with merch stakeholder and collaborative project team throughout the process
Scaled media revenue opportunity identification, including opportunities to drive sales during key timeframes, amplification of key merch events, or campaigns to turn category performance around
Identification of CM/Director strategies & priorities, and socialization back into sales vertical
Own department wide strategic projects and seasonal opportunities
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of account management and/or business development experience. Media, Incentives, or Insights experience required
Merchandising Acumen
Strong experience maximizing investment decisions across the portfolio
Collaborative, energetic, and thrives as a key part of a cross-functional leadership team
Adept at continual learning and ability to represent a broad portfolio
Works well under tight turnaround and deadlines
Motivate & influence a positive, constructive culture, based on teamwork, collaboration, & intellectual curiosity.
Agile mindset
Project management experience
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail
Ability to navigate ambiguity & thrive in driving recommendations and solutions forward
Pay Transparency And Benefits
The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
