are valued above all. Key Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle
from ideation to prototype through production for AC & DC energy systems. Analyze electrical systems
for microgrids and BESS projects. Conduct
power system studies
such as load flow and capacity analysis. Evaluate and specify key components for microgrids and BESS, including
batteries, inverters, and controls . Integrate BESS with diverse energy sources
(solar PV, wind, generators) to build robust and efficient microgrids. Prepare and review
technical documentation , specifications, and design drawings. Develop DV/PV plans
(cycle life, charge/discharge efficiency), execute tests, and analyze results. Coordinate certifications for standards such as
UL 1973/2580, UL 9540/9540A
(systems & thermal propagation). Translate product requirements into
specifications, BOMs, and traceability records ; maintain testing data. Support technical training and documentation across teams. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the CEO on innovation and product direction. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering
or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience in
product development of battery storage systems, energy storage systems, and/or microgrids . Knowledge of
battery chemistries, inverter technologies, and power electronics . Experience with
microgrid and/or distributed energy systems . Hands-on validation using
battery cyclers, programmable DC loads, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data logging . Experience with
inverters, chargers, and BMS . Strong communication skills and ability to lead
cross-functional problem solving . Experience with
UL 9540A testing, fire mitigation, and thermal propagation design . Knowledge of relevant
industry standards . Background in
renewable energy (solar, wind) or power generation projects . What We Offer

$90,000 – $95,000 Incentives:
