We are seeking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our professional and supportive team. We are looking for an experienced AHP/ ACP to work 24 hours a week, based at our GP practice in Abbeydale, Gloucester. Thesuccessful candidate will be expected to deliver a high standard of patientcare using autonomous clinical skills, and be an independent prescriber. Our list size is approximately 19,500. Contracted hours will ideally be in the region of 24 hours per week. You will provide a holistic approach to individuals including assessment, diagnosis, planning and implementation of high quality care. You will work within our urgent care team, alongside other AHPs/ ACP and GPs. We have effective processes and procedures for ensuring patients are seen by the right person, in the right time frame.
