Accurate daily documentation of patient care, observations, and responses to treatments in medical records. Transcribe physicians\' orders to MARs (Medication Administration Records) accurately and ensure safe, timely medication delivery. Coordinate with the pharmacy regarding new orders or changes to prescriptions to ensure uninterrupted medication availability. Safe medication administration following established protocols and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and promptly address changes with appropriate nursing interventions. Provide wound care as prescribed and document healing progress. Communicate clearly with residents and families about care plans and health status; provide health education as needed. Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator. Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois. Commitment to patient-centered care and compassionate interactions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records and communication. Benefits
