Responsibilities
Precisely document daily patient care, observations, and responses to treatments.
Transcribe physicians’ orders to Medication Administration Records (MARs) accurately.
Notify pharmacy of new orders and changes to existing prescriptions.
Administer medications safely and in accordance with protocols.
Participate actively in interdisciplinary care team meetings and collaborates on individualized care plans.
Continuously monitor patient conditions and intervene appropriately.
Provide wound care, assess status, apply dressings, and document progress.
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families, offering clear communication and education.
Adhere strictly to facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator to support overall patient care quality.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
