Responsibilities
Precise Daily Documentation: Accurately record patient care, observations, and treatment responses for thorough, up-to-date, legally compliant records.
Accurate Medication Order Transcription: Transcribe physicians' orders to MARs, ensuring proper, safe, and timely medication delivery.
Seamless Pharmacy Coordination: Notify the pharmacy of new or changed prescriptions for continuous medication availability.
Safe Medication Administration: Prepare and administer medications as ordered, adhering to protocols and safety guidelines.
Collaborative Interdisciplinary Engagement: Contribute expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered care plans.
Vigilant Patient Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor conditions, identify changes, and implement timely interventions for optimal outcomes.
Comprehensive Wound Care Management: Provide expert wound care, assessing status and applying dressings while documenting progress.
