Control Systems Engineer
to join their team. This position will be responsible for the design, assembly, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for automation projects. This is a newly created role due to growth and will report to the Technical Director and work closely with a team of engineers and machine technicians. Responsibilities
Program PLCs using Ladder Logic to perform various mechanical functions Program a variety of sensors, vision systems, and robots to integrate into custom machines Design electrical panels and document electrical schematics in Autocad Work with Mechanical Engineers to feedback issues and improve overall designs Write and execute qualifications and protocols of the FDS / DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ / OQ Troubleshoot machine control systems to achieve smooth operation and ensure that they meet the required specifications Assist the customer in the FAT execution as well as the SAT, IQ and OQ at the customer's facilities Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in engineering and have 3-4 years of experience of understanding modern industrial disciplines including electrical motor controls, HMI design, PLC Programming, instrumentation and robotics. Experience with Allen Bradley software and drafting electrical schematics is key. This position is 100% onsite, offering great benefits and a family feel environment.
