Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Take your administrative and HR expertise to the next level! We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. About the Role The Operations & HR Administrator will support HR functions, compliance, and operational activities while assisting the VP of Operations and executive leadership. This position ensures seamless business operations, accurate recordkeeping, and strong communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Colorado employment laws Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Track employee certifications, training, and license renewals Support benefits administration and employee communications Coordinate HR meetings, employee events, and trainings Serve as first point of contact for routine HR questions and escalate complex issues Operational & Administrative Support: Assist VP and executive leadership with proposals, contracts, budgets, and reports Coordinate trade shows, marketing initiatives, and company events Support system improvements and policy implementations Maintain policies, procedures, and cross-office operational standards Support hiring, training, and development of administrative staff Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth business operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4+ years of administrative or HR support experience Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Ideal Candidate A highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent support to leadership, and ensures operational excellence across HR and administrative functions.
