Executive Assistant (Bilingual: English & Spanish) – Pioneers Location: New York, NY (In-Person) • Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience. Base pay range noted as $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Executive Assistant to support our executive team in our New York City office. This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, communicates effectively across cultures, and handles sensitive information with discretion. Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior leadership Coordinate internal and external communications, including email correspondence and phone calls in both English and Spanish Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office Suite Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Handle expense reporting and invoice processing Liaise with vendors, clients, and other staff across departments Assist with event planning and logistics for on-site meetings Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role Strong command of both English and Spanish, spoken and written Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset Pay, Benefits & Perks
