Assistant Brand Manager

based in Athens The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the strategic development, execution, and evaluation of brand initiatives aimed at business growth and increased market presence. This role involves close collaboration across departments to ensure consistent and effective marketing efforts, while shaping the brand narrative across all communication channels and audiences. Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans to boost brand awareness and market share. Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to support brand positioning, monitor trends, and analyze competitor activity. Oversee the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn and Meta platforms. Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail environments, ensuring on-time delivery and message consistency. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales) to maintain brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors for campaign implementation and production of promotional materials. Organize and support brand-related events, trade shows, and promotional activities, managing logistics, branding, and on-site execution. Contribute to the creation of marketing content such as product presentations, brochures, website copy, and social media posts. Track and evaluate campaign performance by preparing regular reports on KPIs and suggesting data-driven improvements. Qualifications

1-3 years of previous relevant experience BSc in Marketing, Management, or other related degrees Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines A creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling Benefits
