Athens .

Scope of Role As a
Dealer Network Coordinator , you will support and develop Lynk & Co’s dealer network across Greece. You will work closely with partners to achieve sales and customer experience targets, ensure adherence to brand standards, and contribute to the growth of a strong and successful sales network. This role offers real career growth potential within a company with ambitious plans for Lynk & Co and other SEEAG brands.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Lynk & Co dealers nationwide
Build strong, results-oriented relationships with partner teams
Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction levels
Coach and support dealers to optimize their sales processes and conversion rates
Ensure compliance with Lynk & Co’s retail and brand standards
Identify opportunities for network growth and onboard new dealers
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy
Deliver on-site training sessions and share best practices across the network
Qualifications
Experience in sales, dealer/partner network coordination, or client-facing roles; ambition, energy, and adaptability are key
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a sales or partner network
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with focus on performance and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel across Greece on a regular basis
Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer experience
