Location: Greater Palm Springs Area, CA (Hybrid – On-site 1x/week)

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE: $90,000–$120,000)

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts

Follow up on leads and opportunities

Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop client campaigns

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn additional commissions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals

Manage account budgets and track campaign performance

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience required

2+ years of media, marketing, or advertising sales experience required

CRM experience required
