Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media Focus) – In-person, San Antonio, TX | Full-time. Tribu is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist who loves performance marketing and knows how to make ads that drive real results, not just impressions. In this role, you’ll design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. You’ll manage ad budgets, refine targeting, test creatives, and prove ROI with data-backed insights. This role is hands-on: you’ll execute media buys and also lead strategy, build full-funnel campaigns, and collaborate with our creative team to bring big ideas to life. What You’ll Do
Own and lead paid media strategies for multiple brands across Google, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Build full-funnel campaigns: develop media plans, define target audiences, write ad copy, and create briefs for landing pages, social, and digital ads.
Execute campaigns directly: manage media buying, monitor pacing, analyze performance, and optimize in real time for ROAS and conversions.
Report on results: deliver insights and clear next steps to partners and your team.
Manage ad budgets from $3K to $50K+ per month.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other tools.
Collaborate with design, social, and content teams to align paid and organic strategies.
Support other digital channels like email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and SEO as needed.
