You’ll manage and maintain accurate data within the Suitable platform, monitor student progress, and generate reports that help drive informed decisions. Your attention to detail will be key as you assist with audits to ensure students meet critical admission and graduation requirements.You’ll also play a vital role in employer engagement, providing logistical support for recruitment events, scheduling activities, coordinating resources, and advising employers on effective strategies to connect with students. **Required Qualifications:*** High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.* Experience coordinating on-going programs, events and/or services.* Experience creating reports and managing/maintaining accurate records in a database.* Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, work effectively under stress and regular interruptions.* Strong customer service experience.* Experience with Microsoft Office, and strong experience with Excel.* Ability to quickly learn and use new databases and student records management systems.* Strong attention to detail, follow through, and consistency in meeting deadlines.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.* Strong technical and independent problem-solving experience.* Experience working in higher education.**About Department/College/Area/ Campus** -
