Social Worker/ Case Manager: Intake & Assessment Unit (Second Shift). Responsibilities
Provides primary intake duties as defined in Chapter 48 and Chapter 938 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Works closely with community providers, law enforcement, social workers and Acute Care Services to assess child safety or make juvenile intake decisions. This is a second shift position with scheduled working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Hours may vary due to workload and program needs. Deadline Note
