As a Polish Speaking Social Media Support Adviser, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Polish-speaking audience across various social media platforms. Your Responsibilities
Deliver excellent social media support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. Create compelling content that engages our audience and encourages interaction. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and proactively engage with users. Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize strategies. Play an active role in community building and enhancing brand loyalty through social media. Stay informed about the latest social media trends to continually improve our engagement tactics. Fluency in Polish and English is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. A strong enthusiasm for social media and a desire to connect with customers. Experience in customer service or social media roles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
