Your Responsibilities
Provide top-tier social media support to French-speaking clients, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed efficiently. Create engaging and relevant content tailored for our audience to enhance online interactions. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to synchronize strategies and messaging. Participate in community building to encourage engagement and brand loyalty. Keep abreast of social media trends to continually improve customer interaction strategies. Fluency in French and English is essential. A strong passion for social media and customer engagement. Previous experience in customer support or social media roles is preferred. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
