Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality social media support to Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Create engaging content tailored to resonate with our audience, encouraging active participation. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond proactively to maintain community engagement. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaigns. Contribute to community building initiatives to enhance brand loyalty. Stay updated on the latest social media trends to continually improve customer engagement strategies. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. A strong passion for social media and a desire to engage with customers. Previous experience in customer service or social media roles is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
