Primary Responsibilities Work with the firm’s Principals and leadership to prepare proposals for new projects Create and coordinate the responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including preparing and submitting qualifications (typically in InDesign), lead meetings, and create content Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures, in support of new business efforts Write and edit marketing content, including employee resumes, project descriptions, and content needed for proposals Assist in maintaining our website and social media content Coordinate and create award submissions Assist in maintaining and organizing our marketing collateral Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Architecture, Marketing or Graphic Design 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required Strong writing and editing skills Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively A keen graphic design sense Proficiency in InDesign is required plus PowerPoint Skills Excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients and colleagues. Ability to work overtime, as needed to meet deadlines Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to clients and ability to maintain client relationships Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Location: New York, NY, US
