Internal role title: Account Strategist, Content & SEO. What You'll Do

Strategic Excellence and Best Practices: Create custom strategies and implement best practices to achieve NSMs. Build initial client strategy from project phase and optimize based on client goals, ongoing campaigns, and historical performance within Directive best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with Associate Director (AsD) to address roadblocks and drive goal attainment. Content Campaigns: Craft creative briefs and content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights. Best Practices: Apply industry best practices to position clients to exceed goals, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Content Production. Goal Setting: Use data to set client goals, reviewed and approved by the AsD and presented with the AsD in client meetings. Data Sources: Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, Ahrefs. Approval Process: All goals must be approved by the AsD before presentation to the client. Project Management: Ensure strategy execution with clear task ownership and progress tracking using Asana. Delegate tasks to team members and clients as needed, ensuring timely completion. Partner with Project Managers in pods to ensure tasks are created, assigned, and due dates communicated. Collaborate with content writers and designers to deliver campaigns that meet quality standards. Internal and External Communication: Act as the main interface between clients and our team. Build strong client relationships and proactively communicate with clients and internal leadership. Client Communication: Share timelines, progress towards goals, and deliverables; use Slack and regular cadence beyond bi-weekly meetings. Internal Leadership Communication: Highlight roadblocks, growth opportunities, and changes to client accounts. Reporting: Regular progress reporting to clients at defined cadences, including: Bi-weekly client meetings with NSM progress and deliverables Monthly reports Quarterly reports Bi-annual business reviews What You'll Bring

Proven track record in SEO principles, content strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building Analytical insight with ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using Google Analytics Strong communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder relationships Familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools Strong organizational, project, and time management skills Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content Agency experience required B2B tech and/or SaaS experience required Goals

NSM Attainment: 100% MRR Retention: 96% CSAT > 4.2 Upsells / Cross-sells / Referrals Strategists should regularly seek opportunities to grow client accounts within Directive (e.g., expanding services, increasing content/SEO/Paid Media budgets). Referrals should be pursued at key moments such as leadership changes or new roles. What We Offer
