The Content Strategist is a crucial, client-facing role responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The Strategist engages primarily with Enterprise clients and should understand how the service line impacts other areas of the business to create a holistic marketing strategy. Internally, this role is titled Account Strategist, Content & SEO. What You'll Do

Strategic Excellence and Best Practices: Create custom strategies and implement best practices to achieve NSMs. Use project phases to build initial client strategy and optimize over the lifetime of the client, adhering to Directive best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate Director (AsD) when roadblocks arise and to align on goals. Content and Campaigns: Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights. Best Practices: Apply practices such as LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Content Production. Goal Setting: Use available data to set client goals approved by the AsD, who should attend the meetings. Data Sources: Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush reporting, Ahrefs reporting. Approval: All goals must be approved by the AsD before presenting to the client in collaboration with the AsD. Project Management: Ensure strategy execution and clear task ownership using Asana. Delegate tasks to team members and clients and ensure timely completion. Partner with Project Managers and content writers/designers to deliver high-quality content on time. Internal and External Communication: Build strong client relationships and proactively communicate timelines, progress, and changes to clients and internal leadership through channels like Slack between bi-weekly meetings. Reporting: Regularly report progress and impact to clients with a cadence of bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and bi-annual business reviews. What You'll Bring

Proven success implementing SEO principles and content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Analytical skills to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Strong communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. Organizational, project, and time-management abilities. Enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content. Agency experience and B2B tech/SaaS experience required. Goals

NSM Attainment: 100% MRR Retention: 96% CSAT > 4.2 Upsells / Cross-sells / Referrals Strategists should regularly seek opportunities to grow client relationships, including expanding service lines or increasing budgets; referrals should be pursued at key moments. What We Offer
