Strategic Excellence and Best Practices: Create custom strategies and implement best practices to achieve NSMs. Develop initial client strategy at the project phase and continuously optimize based on client goals, campaigns, and performance, aligned with Directive best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate Director (AsD) to address roadblocks and ensure goal attainment. Content and Campaign Ideation: Craft creative briefs and content campaigns informed by competitor and audience insights. Best Practices: Apply LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Content Production to optimize client strategies. Goal Setting: Use data to set client goals, approved by the AsD, with client presentation alongside the AsD. Data Sources: Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs. Project Management: Ensure strategy execution using Asana, delegate tasks, and coordinate with Specialists, clients, and internal teams. Partner with Project Managers where present to meet timelines and quality standards. Internal and External Communication: Build strong client relationships and proactively communicate with clients and internal leadership about timelines, progress, and opportunities. Maintain regular cadence via channels like Slack and bi-weekly meetings. Reporting: Regular client progress reporting (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reviews) on NSM progress and deliverables. What You'll Bring

Proven success implementing SEO principles and content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Analytical insight: ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Strong communication: comfortable client-facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders. Familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. Proven organizational, project, and time management skills. Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and content. Agency experience required; B2B tech and/or SaaS experience preferred. Goals
