This position is accountable for producing the following results: Develop and manage a content and campaign strategy that aligns with First Rate’s brand. Support decentralized business lines with scalable, segmented campaign frameworks. Enhance brand visibility, consistency, and engagement across all channels. STRATEGIC WORK Develop and oversee implementation of the corporate content strategy. Partner with business lines to support go-to-market strategies. Maintain brand messaging alignment across segments and platforms. TACTICAL WORK Execute SEO-driven, segmented marketing campaigns in partnership with business lines. Manage an editorial calendar across blogs, case studies, emails, and lead-gen materials. Track and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to business lines and leadership. Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity in all externally facing materials. Develop and maintain white papers, media kits, press content, and manage media inquiries. Oversee and update website content aligned with campaigns and brand strategy. Manage social media and digital engagement across platforms. Coordinate the creation of sales and marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, brochures). Collaborate with internal and external designers and editorial vendors. Partner with the fractional CMO and Corporate Brand Specialist to ensure alignment on brand and messaging. Partner with the Corporate Systems Operations Manager to support sales enablement tools, especially Salesforce. Lead the execution of business line go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Manage external brand perception across all client-facing channels and assets. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or professional services. Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and email marketing. Strong experience with SEO strategy, website content management, and editorial oversight. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot). Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and marketing collateral for distinct market segments. Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and product owners to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Comfortable managing relationships with designers, agencies, and content vendors. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills — especially for case studies, press releases, and white papers. Experience in brand governance and visual identity execution. Familiarity with social media content strategy and engagement metrics. Ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tableau. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience working in a decentralized or matrixed marketing organization. Familiarity with fractional CMO models or cross-functional leadership partnerships. Exposure to global marketing efforts or brand localization strategy.
