Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat communications. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide relevant information regarding our services. Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and service improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to improve your knowledge and skills. Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
