Located in Athens, Greece, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Dutch-speaking clients successfully implement and leverage our software solutions to meet their business needs. Your responsibility will be to guide clients through the software implementation process, provide comprehensive training, and ensure that they receive exceptional support at every stage. Lead the software implementation process for Dutch-speaking clients from initiation to completion. Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop customized implementation strategies. Deliver training sessions and ongoing user support to enhance client engagement and software utilization. Document the implementation process thoroughly and gather feedback for improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation phase. Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in software implementation or a similar role is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel as needed for client training and support. Benefits
