In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and assistance. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience that not only meets but exceeds expectations!
Your Responsibilities
Serve French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, providing them with prompt and effective support. Resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate efficient follow-ups. Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role. Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
