Assist French-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective resolutions. Guide customers in understanding our products and services, ensuring they get the best out of their experience. Document all interactions with customers to maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance service delivery and address recurring customer issues. Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product developments and industry changes. Qualifications
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required. Applicants should clearly state their nationality and native language in their C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Demonstrated commitment to customer service with excellent communication skills. Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong technical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively. Team-oriented attitude with a flair for collaboration.
