Talent Sourcer , you’ll play a key role in helping us grow by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to strategically source candidates and build strong pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs. This role is all about curiosity, connection, and creating meaningful candidate experiences that reflect HFA’s collaborative culture. Responsibilities
Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Suite & ATS systems Consistency in meeting deadlines Ability to work with a diverse group of people Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and the highest level of discretion Strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain a healthy pipeline by consistently sourcing for current and future needs Job Duties
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand ideal candidate profiles Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, and resume databases to source passive talent Build talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct initial outreach and schedule phone screens for recruiters Review applications while maintaining accurate sourcing databases Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences Support recruiting events such as career fairs, campus engagements, or virtual info sessions Support recruiting operations as needed (e.g., posting positions, managing ATS requirements, extending offers) Maintain accurate and timely documents related to the recruiting process Qualifications
Experience:
0–3 years of sourcing or recruiting coordination with sourcing exposure Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not mandatory Licensure Requirements:
