Join Our Team as an Indirect Consumer Lending Marketing Representative I at EECU. EECU is seeking a dynamic Indirect Consumer Lending Marketing Representative I to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our Preferred Dealer Network. This is an opportunity for a driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about relationship-building, marketing strategy, and consumer lending. In this role, you'll be the key connection between EECU and our dealership partners, designing and executing impactful marketing initiatives, exclusive promotions, and appreciation events that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. You'll also manage our Indirect Lending Marketing Budget to maximize spend across events, promotions, and key client meetings. The Consumer Loan Department at EECU produces over $900 million in loans annually, representing 60% of our credit union's outstanding loans. You'll partner with departments across EECU, offering insights and support for all our consumer lending products. Primarily Home Office based when not in the field during Dealer Visits (4-5 days per month in office). Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations pertinent to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training is required. What You'll Be Doing
Build Strong Partnerships : Establish and maintain key relationships with Dealer Principals and Corporate Dealer Group Management, becoming a trusted partner in advancing our lending programs. Strategic Planning & Promotion : Design targeted marketing campaigns and dealership appreciation events to drive engagement, support dealership performance, and strengthen our brand in key markets. Compliance & Excellence : Ensure all activities adhere to Federal and State regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, while delivering superior customer experience. Data-Driven Insights : Stay ahead of market trends locally and nationally, presenting data-driven insights and strategies to senior management. Maximize Market Potential : Educate dealership personnel on our Indirect Lending Program, guiding them in achieving maximum market potential through training and strategy sessions. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate dealership contracts and consult with legal teams to ensure new dealer enrollments align with EECU's standards. Qualifications
Experience in indirect auto lending or banking, with a strong underwriting background preferred. Proven sales ability in a high-impact indirect environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience engaging with dealership management and cross-departmental teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PC literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. College degree or equivalent work experience. EECU will evaluate an applicant's credit history in compliance with applicable laws; only applicants with good credit history will be considered.
