Responsibilities
Support members while conducting teller transactions and provide guidance on products and services
greet members, answer calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff when needed
Deliver a complete service and sales experience, aiming to exceed monthly sales goals
Perform teller functions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.) and resolve operational issues
Proactively initiate and support branch marketing initiatives
Build exceptional rapport with members through excellent service
Qualifications
One to two years of experience in a retail or financial environment with a focus on service and rapport building
Cash handling experience with ability to balance without overages or shortages
Strong communication skills for comfortable member interactions
Enthusiasm, professionalism, ownership, and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks daily
Good listening skills, problem solving, and empathy
Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual preferred (read, write, and speak Spanish)
Hours availability: 7:30am–6:15pm Monday–Friday, and 8:45am–1:15pm Saturdays
