Responsibilities
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Prospect for new leads to promote new business Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Follow up with leads in a timely, thoughtful way to build trust and drive conversions Write clear, accurate offers and guide clients smoothly through the contract-to-close process Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to referrals and repeat business Stay informed about the local market, neighborhoods, and community happenings Help buyers and sellers clarify their goals and confidently navigate their real estate journey Show up for monthly in-person meetings and team training sessions Collaborate, contribute, and support your teammates — we’re better together Follow all state and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ethical standards Communicate with kindness and professionalism, whether with clients, vendors, or fellow agents Stay curious, coachable, and committed to your own growth
Qualifications
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Past sales experience is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Technology driven Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently A current valid FL Real Estate license is required

$100,000+ yearly
