Seasonal Customer Experience Representative Punta Gorda Airport PGD Overview Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. We are hiring now to support our goal of being the world's best and most trusted mobility company.

This seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CXR) role provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company-approved services to create a positive customer experience. The CXR facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of driver information to ensure an efficient rental and return experience. This position is located at the Punta Gorda Airport - PGD, 28000 A-1 Airport Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982.

Schedule and duration

Seasonal position beginning in November and lasting up to 150 days

Candidates may work up to 44 hours per week

Compensation

The starting pay rate is $19 per hour (hourly overtime pay above 40 hours) plus a monthly customer service bonus opportunity. This position offers a targeted monthly bonus up to $400/month.

Monday: 3pm - 12am

Tuesday: off

Wednesday: off

Thursday: 3pm - 12am

Friday: 10am - 8pm

Saturday: 3pm - 12am

Or alternate schedule:

Tuesday: off

Wednesday: off

Thursday: 3pm - 12am

Friday: 3pm - 12am

Saturday: 3pm - 12am

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services

Use company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment

Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and applicable service information

Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors

Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned calls

Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return

Notify management of known customer or vehicle problems and any needed maintenance

Continue to build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-provided classroom training

Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support

Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years

No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI)

Authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship now or in the future

Seasonal position with a maximum of 150 days during the defined season and a 13-week break before re-hire
