Boldly is actively hiring a career executive assistant to provide long-term support for senior leaders in the non-profit industry. This role is 100% remote and offers flexible hours during business times, with no night or weekend work. Responsibilities Strategically manage complex calendars for executives Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel Make travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate phone calls on executives’ behalf Manage multiple email inboxes for executives Track and manage expenses Other executive administrative responsibilities as needed About you You should have at least 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role, supporting multiple high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. You value flexibility, teamwork, clear communication, and a human-centered, proactive approach. You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism and discretion in a remote setting. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives Minimum 4 years of calendar management experience for executives Minimum 2 years of experience in executive travel coordination (flights, lodging, ground transportation) Minimum 2 years of experience managing and organizing the email inbox of senior leaders Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Highly organized with excellent time management Ability to learn new tools quickly Excellent interpersonal communication Ability to work independently and under deadlines Compensation The pay range for this position is $27-$31 per hour, with starting pay based on location.
