As a Territory Manager, you will be a self-starter who drives results by growing brands and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include ownership of commercial sales within the territory, developing a local strategy and business plan, optimizing product placements and POS materials, engaging with customers and adult nicotine consumers, and collaborating with the Division Manager on territory plans and market share improvements. Location: Concord, NH. Travel up to frequent distances may be required. Responsibilities
Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within the territory to support Division, Region, and Company goals. Develop a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives, identifying and prioritizing existing and potential retail outlets for product sales opportunities. Develop a strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and market visibility. Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification and demonstrate mastery within the territory. Build client willingness and capability to collaborate with the Company on business fundamentals and drivers to accelerate market share growth. Develop and maintain relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands through correspondence, retail visits, and presentations. Sell the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling to customers and adult nicotine consumers. Analyze territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities. Collaborate with the Division Manager on territory-specific customer and sales planning and product initiatives. Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills
Ability to communicate with and engage retail customers and adult nicotine consumers in person. Effective influencing, sales, negotiation, and marketing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and project management abilities. Good business judgment, leadership, self-motivation, and initiative. Persistence, resilience, and results orientation; conflict management and problem-solving for mutually beneficial results. Strategic and financial acumen to identify, evaluate, and act on growth opportunities. Travel / Physical Requirements
Ability to travel frequently; drive up to 200 miles per day. Valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs; climb and work from heights; access confined spaces; inspect merchandise and displays; frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Education / Qualifications / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred. What We’re Looking For

Wage Information: Annual Salary $68,700; Target Bonus 20%.
