The ideal candidate will be skilled in representing distressed borrowers and lenders in and out of bankruptcy, with significant experience representing debtors and creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcies, with complex chapter 11 experience preferred. The successful candidate will represent firm clients in high-stakes commercial cases and will have the opportunity and support to continue growing and developing your existing client base. A book of business is preferred.
