Active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. LLM preferred but not required. Strong legal research and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge/Experience
In-depth knowledge of federal estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax, accompanying regulations and Form 706, NJ inheritance tax and accompanying forms, estate administration laws and regulations. Salary
