Provide help desk support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits Lead and support new client onboarding and project rollouts Deliver end-user training and technical guidance Manage email hosting solutions and troubleshooting Perform desktop, hardware, and software maintenance Support and maintain network infrastructure and perform routine health checks Implement and monitor client backup and disaster recovery solutions Conduct hardware/software upgrades and system migrations Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule Travel to client sites across Mississippi as needed Educational & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED/High School Equivalency Diploma) required Emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally in an MSP environment Key Skills & Competencies
