Provide help desk support via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits Lead and support new client onboarding and project rollouts Deliver end-user training and technical guidance Manage email hosting solutions and troubleshooting Perform desktop, hardware, and software maintenance Support and maintain network infrastructure and perform routine health checks Implement and monitor client backup and disaster recovery solutions Conduct hardware/software upgrades and system migrations Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule Travel to client sites across Mississippi as needed Educational & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (GED/High School Equivalency Diploma) required Emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally in an MSP environment Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to professionally represent the company with clients onsite and remotely Proficiency with
Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Remote monitoring & management tools (e.g., NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya) Microsoft Windows & Apple macOS operating systems Microsoft Office applications Mobile platforms, including Android and iOS Advanced knowledge of
Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, etc.) Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VLAN, firewalls, switches, security policies) Virtualization platforms (Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware) Work Environment & Physical Demands
Standard office environment with occasional fieldwork Use of computers, phones, and general office equipment is routine Must be able to lift, move, or install IT equipment as needed Reliable transportation required for client site visits Salary
