A leading savings and loans company in Ghana seeking to appoint a Board Member with expertise in Finance and Accounting to strengthen its governance and enhance strategic oversight of financial management and internal controls.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) in good standing Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management. Prior Board-level experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities
Support sound financial stewardship and governance. Serve on Finance Committee Review and advise on financial policies and audit processes to ensure regulatory practices. Oversee the effectiveness of internal financial controls
