In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide essential support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our advanced software tools and AI solutions. Your proficiency in Spanish will be key in ensuring that our customers receive a high standard of service.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat Assist clients with questions regarding software functionality, troubleshooting, and account management Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system Work closely with technical teams to resolve more complex issues Provide detailed explanations and best practices for using software tools and AI features Gather user feedback to inform product improvements Engage in training sessions to stay updated on software advancements and customer service techniques Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the software or technology sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing high-quality service Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support software and tools Benefits
